Tell us something about you, Hetty...
I am an NLP practitioner and confidence coach based in Gloucestershire. I help people build their confidence and self esteem. I inspire my clients and encourage them to do things that will help them achieve what they really want in life. I work with small businesses as well as personal clients. I help people look at things from a different angle, therefore helping them to achieve their goals.
Who's your ideal client?
My ideal clients are professional women who have a lack of confidence in both business and personal areas of their lives. They all have the same thing in common, they have got to the point in their lives where they have had enough and have realised that they want to change things. Their lack of confidence is really affecting either their personal or their professional lives. They have probably tried various self help books and/or cd’s but none of them have worked for long.
What other training, tools and work / life skills do you bring to your coaching?
I am an NLP practitioner, a Disc Profiler and am qualified to teach the M.A.G.I.C Coaching course to youths.
What methods of coaching do you use?
Phone, 1-1, email
If you don't coach full-time what else do you do?
I also run an accountancy practice 1 day per week.
What benefits have your clients experienced from working with you?
Huge changes in their confidence whether on a personal/professional basis. Being able to stand up for themselves and be counted. Finding their direction in life and feeling that they are worth it. They have all said that they really believe in themselves.
What do you enjoy most about coaching?
I get a huge buzz from seeing the difference in people over a short period of time. Hearing from past clients about what they are now able to do and what a difference it has made to their lives.
