I enjoy living life with a smile, although I am realistic enough to that it doesn’t always seem possible. If you end your day with a smile, you can wake up with a smile. I have been a life coach for 3 years, weaving in my studies and growing business with my growing family, being the filling in a double layered sandwich, having parents, children and grandchildren.
Who's your ideal client?
My ideal clients are those who want to take action but for some reasons make lots of excuses not to do so. I like my clients to be honest with me, if not with themselves.
What other training, tools and work / life skills do you bring to your coaching?
I bring my life training and experience with me, things I have learned through life, raising children and grandchildren alike

I am a practice administrator

My client have often said that my empathy and support of them have been the foremost benefits of working with me.
What do you enjoy most about coaching?
Hearing the light bulb moment going off in the clients' head.

What are your coaching fees?
If 6 sessions are paid in advance - £180.00 (£30.00 per session)
If 4 sessions are paid in advance - £140.00 (£35.00 per session)
If 2 sessions are paid in advance - £80.00 (£40.00 per session
Clients usually take a minimum of 4 sessions
Do you offer a free consultation or other benefits?
I have a free initial consultation where we talk about life coaching, about themselves and what we would do together.
What else would you like to say?
I usually coach in the afternoons and evenings, excluding Thursday. I was accredited by the Coaching Academy in 2005. I love my coaching and enjoy seeing people live their lives to their true potential
